Billing and service delivery
All payments, invoices, and billing use Big Wave Marketers under Rebel Souls Music, Inc. If you have a question about a charge or the name shown on your payment statement, contact us with your invoice reference.
Payment is collected before services begin, either in full or in agreed stages. Services generally begin after the agreed payment and required client materials are received. Your statement of work or service agreement describes the deliverables, schedule, fees, and any staged payments.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless your invoice expressly identifies another currency. Services are delivered electronically, through meetings, or as specified in your project agreement.
